• Standard Laminates:

  Laminate sheet made from foils of the same material and the same thickness.

• Cadmium Plated Laminated Shims:

  Laminated sheet made from the cadmium plated steel foils. The foils normally get cut to the desired finish sizes prior to the cadmium plating and glue application process. This type of a laminate is ideal for applications where corrosion is a concern.

• Hybrid Laminates:

  Laminates with a combination of two or more materials and/or thicknesses in the same sheet.

  Hybrid laminates might also consist of a thick solid plate with adhesive coated foils of the thickness of your choice on top of it.

Easipeel Laminated sheet is manufactured in a range of materials. The most common being:

• Aluminium
• Brass
• Steel
• Stainless Steel

The above materials are held in stock ready to transform into finished Easipeel sheet.

On request, Ford is also able to manufacture Easipeel in a number of other materials and have produced sheets made from:

• Cadmium plated steel
• Copper
• Phosphor bronze
